Loomify Home sells handmade rugs, doormats, runners, home textiles, and related home décor products.

Many of our products are handmade, handwoven, hand-braided, hand-block printed, naturally dyed, or made from natural fibers such as jute, cotton, wool, hemp, or similar materials.

Because of this, slight variations may occur in:

• Color

• Size

• Shape

• Pattern placement

• Weave

• Texture

• Thickness

• Fiber tone

• Natural markings

• Handmade finishing

These variations are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

4. Product Images and Colors

We try to display product images, colors, measurements, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary due to screen settings, lighting, photography, natural fiber variation, handmade production, dye lots, and viewing angle.

Product images may show styling props, furniture, rug pads, or accessories that are not included unless clearly stated in the product description.

5. Product Descriptions and Measurements

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, dimensions, materials, care instructions, and availability.

For handmade products, small measurement differences may occur. Customers are responsible for checking product size, color, material, and care details before placing an order.

For custom-size products, customers must carefully confirm the requested measurements before production begins.

6. Prices, Discounts, and Availability

Prices, discounts, offers, shipping charges, taxes, product availability, and product details may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, discounts, shipping charges, stock status, or product information before or after an order is placed.

If an error materially affects your order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue, modify, or cancel the order.

7. Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order request.

We reserve the right to accept, cancel, refuse, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

If payment is declined, incomplete, reversed, disputed, or flagged for review, we may delay or cancel the order.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Delivery may be delayed due to production time, courier delays, customs inspection, destination-country processing, holidays, remote-area delivery, weather, incorrect address, unpaid duties or taxes, or other events beyond our control.

10. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

For international orders, import duties, customs fees, tariffs, VAT, GST, brokerage charges, local taxes, and destination-country charges may apply.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a customer refuses delivery, refuses to pay duties or taxes, fails to provide customs information, provides an incorrect address, or does not complete customs clearance, the package may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed. In such cases, any shipping cost, return cost, duty, tax, penalty, storage fee, or related charge may be deducted from any eligible refund.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged products, defective products, incorrect products, and non-defective returns are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Refunds are generally processed to the original payment method after approval and inspection where applicable.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage charges, and other destination-country charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our confirmed error.

12. Custom, Made-to-Order, and Personalised Products

Custom-size products, made-to-order rugs, personalised products, specially requested colors, specially requested shapes, special designs, or modified products may be final sale and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or buyer’s remorse refund after production begins.

If a custom or made-to-order product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order details, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and order details.

13. EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights

For eligible consumer orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions.

Custom-made, made-to-order, personalised, or goods made to customer specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

14. Product Care and Use

Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided on the website, product page, packaging, or support communication.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Incorrect washing

• Harsh chemicals

• Bleach

• Excessive moisture

• Machine washing where not recommended

• Outdoor use where not suitable

• Improper installation

• Pet damage

• Sharp furniture edges

• Heavy dragging

• Stains

• Misuse

• Normal wear and tear

Natural fiber shedding, minor handmade irregularity, and slight color softening over time may occur and are not considered defects.

15. Accounts and Customer Information

If customer accounts are enabled, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account, billing, shipping, and contact information.

We may cancel or suspend accounts involved in fraud, misuse, abusive conduct, repeated chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.

16. Reviews, Photos, and User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, feedback, or other content, you grant Loomify Home  permission to use, display, reproduce, and share that content for customer support, website, marketing, advertising, and social media purposes, unless you request otherwise.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, or harmful.

We may remove or refuse user content at our discretion.
